Thanks to our competitors, we have another one done. In Extemporaneous Speaking, Elisa won first, Elias won second, Caylee won fourth, and Madison won fifth. Meanwhile, August and Lincoln secured third place in Public Forum Debate. The next tournament, and our final novice tournament before varsity season, will be on Saturday October 26th at University High School. Also be aware our annual Halloween Party is the day after, on Sunday the 27th. See you there!

Congrats to all our competitors! Loveland High School has finished our first Novice Tournament of the Year with Puma Pounce at Peak to Peak Charter School in Lafayette concluded! Thanks to our amazing novices, Loveland swept the top 4 spots in Extemporaneous Speaking and won 1st place in Public Forum Debate, as well as securing placements in Info and Original Oratory. Our next Novice Tournament is at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins on Saturday, October 19th.

Loveland High School is honored to announce that Emma Baldwin and Aiden Hurst are 5A State Champions in Public Forum!  Anna Sundheim earned 2nd place in Congressional Debate, Preston Roundy earned 3rd place in Humorous Interpretation, and Kellan Pettit, Lilie Kamakele, and Teddy Jacobson were in the Congressional Debate finals.

The most prestigious award in Speech and Debate, >2.5% of all NSDA members receive it!
